At Releasedeck, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable experience for our users. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Trial Users: Since the Trial does not require payment, refunds are not applicable.
Paid Plans: All purchases are final. However, refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases at Releasedeck’s sole discretion.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
Accidental Charge: If you believe you were incorrectly charged, you must notify us within 7 days of the transaction. Our team will review the claim and determine if a refund is warranted at our sole discretion.
Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using Releasedeck, and our support team is unable to resolve them within 14 days of being notified.
Unauthorized Payment: If an unauthorized transaction occurs, you must report it within 7 days of the transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
Change of mind after purchasing a subscription.
Partial usage of the service with no verifiable technical issues.
Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
Promotional or discounted purchases.
Account suspension or termination due to violation of Releasedeck’s Terms of Service.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@releasedeck.com and include the following details:
Your registered email address
Transaction ID (or invoice details)
Reason for the refund request
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days and credited to the original payment method. Releasedeck reserves the right to deny any refund request at its discretion.
5. Subscription Cancellations
If you no longer wish to continue using Releasedeck, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated, and no further charges will be applied after cancellation.
